Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use CreatorX AI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence or hatred.
• Infringe another person's intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the service.
• Circumvent credit limits, abuse referral or reward systems, or share accounts.
• Upload malware or use the platform to distribute spam.

Your content: You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display your content strictly to operate the service.

Our platform: The CreatorX AI brand, software, UI and design are our intellectual property. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

AI outputs: Generated content may not be unique — similar outputs may be produced for other users. You are responsible for confirming outputs are suitable for your intended use.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay. Free daily credits reset every 24 hours and do not accumulate (max 100). Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active.

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Billing section; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Failed or reversed payments may result in loss of access to paid features.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, error-free, non-infringing, or that the service will be uninterrupted. See our Disclaimer for more.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorX AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold CreatorX AI harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
