Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with CreatorX AI. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to cancel.

1. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your profile. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • Monthly plans: Refundable within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided fewer than 20% of the plan's credits have been used.
  • Yearly plans: Refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided fewer than 20% of the plan's credits have been used.
  • Duplicate or accidental payments: Fully refundable — email us with the transaction ID.
  • Service failure: If a paid feature is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we will issue pro-rated credit or a refund.

3. Non-refundable services

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Credit packs and one-time credit purchases (once credits are added to your account).
  • Subscription renewals after the eligibility window above.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Third-party fees, currency conversion charges or GST already remitted to authorities.

4. How to request a refund

Email billing@creatorxsuite.com from the address on your account with:

  • Your Razorpay payment ID or invoice number.
  • The reason for the refund request.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card network may take additional time to reflect the credit.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most disputes can be resolved directly and faster. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
