Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email, password hash, and profile settings you provide at signup.

Content data: scripts, prompts, uploads, and generated outputs you create with our tools. This content is stored to power your history and remains private to your account.

Usage data: device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and feature interactions — used to improve reliability and detect abuse.

Payment data: handled by Razorpay. We store only transaction identifiers, plan, amount and status — never your card or UPI credentials.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, preferences, and analytics. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and controls.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate product usage (pages, features, errors). Analytics data is pseudonymised and never sold.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you purchase a plan or credits, your payment details are collected directly by Razorpay under their privacy policy. We receive a payment status, transaction ID and invoice metadata to activate your subscription.

We share limited data with vetted processors strictly to operate the service:

• Supabase / Lovable Cloud — database, authentication, storage.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email (verification, welcome, receipts).
• AI model providers — to generate outputs from your prompts. Prompts are not used to train third-party models where the provider offers a no-training option.
• Google — optional Google Sign-In and Search Console.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited and audited. Row-level security isolates every user's content to their account.

We keep account and content data while your account is active. Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting law. You can request deletion at any time.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data. Email privacy@creatorxsuite.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You can delete your account from Settings, or by emailing support@creatorxsuite.com. Deletion removes your profile, content and history within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

CreatorX AI is not intended for users under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
