Shipping & Delivery Policy

We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All subscriptions, credit packs and features are delivered digitally through your CreatorX AI account.

Digital access is activated instantly after your payment is confirmed by Razorpay — typically within a few seconds. Credits are added to your balance and any plan upgrade is reflected immediately in your profile.

In rare cases, network or webhook delays may take up to 15 minutes. If your account is not updated within that window, email billing@creatorxsuite.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will resolve it promptly.

CreatorX AI is available worldwide wherever internet access and Razorpay support are available. Some AI features may be restricted by regional regulation.
