If you believe content generated, hosted or accessible on CreatorX AI infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent at dmca@creatorxsuite.com.

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The exact URL(s) or a clear description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on CreatorX AI.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

On receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who uploaded it. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@creatorxsuite.com including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and its former location.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material after 10 business days unless the original claimant files a court action.

Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages. Consult a lawyer if you are unsure.
